You get an assignment, limited resources, strict deadlines, undefined goals and stiff competition from a multitude of other teams.

Yes, it’s tough. No single person has ever successfully completed it before.

im·pos·si·ble adj. Not possible; incapable of being done, of existing, etc.; unattainable in the nature of things, or by means at command; insuperably difficult under the circumstances; absurd or impracticable; not feasible.

However if we believe the quote from Meredith Belbin: “Nobody’s perfect, but a team can be” then you will know that “impossible” merely defines the degree of difficulty!

The event begins with some startling news that is beamed via satellite on to the big screen in your conference room, "interrupting" one of your presentations. Agent X informs the delegates of an impending threat to your company, products or customers. The situation looks bleak..unless of course you have what it takes to rise to the challenge, overcome the obstacles and defeat the threat.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will produce tangible, lasting results.

A network of computers is set up at the venue and the teams get their next assignment after they have successfully keyed in or uploaded or downloaded the correct information (text, digital pics, or code words) to the system. Adventure activities, consensus exercises and problem solving elements ensure that everyone is kept involved and enthralled at all times.

The event is fully customisable and is an ideal as a way to get people thinking out of the box and living the attitude of NEVER GIVE UP.
