Using perfectly-tuned and brightly-coloured tubular ‘instruments’, that vary in length, the participants are able to create music just by whacking them — with drumsticks and against each other. Combine lots of people with lots of tubes and you have all the ingredients for a percussive extravaganza and a whole lot of fun. Every time, the effect is electrifying.
