ORCHESTRATE! Anniversary Showcase

ORCHESTRATE! 1st Anniversary Showcawse

To celebrate the success of such a truly unique event, Catalyst challenged over 130 clients and agents to take part in Orchestrate!

The event was held in association with Eventia (The Events Industry Association) and took place at the world famous Barbican Hall, home to the London Symphony Orchestra. The evening provided an opportunity for buyers and organisers to experience Orchestrate! first hand.

This unique exercise uses the symphony orchestra as a metaphor for the workplace, allowing non-musicians access to real instruments, a conductor and an especially composed piece of music.

Judith Weekes, Business Support Manager, BT

“I would just like to say how enjoyable the showcase was at the Barbican last night. It was a really thrilling experience to be part of an exciting showcase. I am a musician but thought the way in which you brought a disparate group of people together, with virtually no musical experience, to perform that one piece in such a short space of time was fantastic. I will certainly consider this type of event when planning future team building events within BT.”

Izania Downie, Executive Director, Eventia

“The evening was an overwhelming success with the team behind Orchestrate! fully demonstrating its application as a powerful tool to engage delegates and bring inspirational company values to life.”
