Teams brush up on their artistic skills, painting a masterpiece of epic proportions. All they need is a 'Big Picture' approach… Our outstanding designers will create a bespoke digital image that will capture the essence of your organisation: The current realities, clients, people, values, mission and aspirations. Your people will then be challenged to recreate, on a larger than life scale, your unique artwork.
Armed with brushes and paint, delegates discover that the giant artwork has been separated into lots of small sections with each team responsible for drawing and painting 2 sections.They do not however have all the information that they need to complete the task.
This is where the Big Picture approach is so important as delegates quickly realise that to succeed they will have to break out of their silos, to co-operate rather than compete and to adopt a "One Team, One Goal mentality".
After the painting the delegates take a few minutes to freshen whilst we assemble the artwork behind a curtain. They are then invited back to witness the unveiling of their creation complete with pumping music and confetti cannons. There will be cheers, applause and self-congratulations as they witness the scale of their success and how big things can happen when people work successfully together. The quality of work is good enough to be hung back in the office as a testimonial to cross functional teamwork and a unique reminder of a landmark event at your company

Due it its market relevance, Big Picture has been very successful and many clients have used the activity as a vehicle to 'give back in some way'. Some of our clients have used the decorative nature of Big Picture to brighten up wall spaces in hospices, play groups or old peoples' homes. We have worked with LeadSA, 94.7 Highveld Stereo and Pick n Pay to bring this exciting activity to Johannesburg schools to allow the learners to express their understanding of how they should act and think as responsible citizens. The most popular CSR angle has been auctioning the picture for charity post event, earning a lot of money and publicity for good causes.
