Music and rhythm have been used to energise, uplift and get people working together for thousands of years. Indeed, research has shown that the brain needs rhythm - it helps to reinforce the ‘upbeat’. Our events demonstrate that each individual’s actions have a great effect on the outcome of the whole group, while the combined efforts of the whole group can have a huge effect on each individual.
