The basic premise is simple: So much to do - so little time!

However many hands make light work! The teams have a vast array of tasks to complete. Most of the task work is to be done at team tables (no seating). The instruction sheets indicate where you need to go if the task is to be accomplished someplace else. How you employ your team members on various tasks is up to you. Some tasks require minimum number of players to be involved. Take some time to read the Team Synergy Guidebook. Each team has 3 copies. Each team begins with 5000 Dream Team Bucks and has to accumulate as many as possible within the time allotted.

Bucks are earned by accomplishing as many tasks as possible within the allotted time. Each task has its own instruction sheet in the Team Synergy Guidebook.

All the task instructions are listed in your Team Synergy Guidebook. The Dream Team Facilitators are available to answer questions and verify scoring. Their rulings are final and they don’t take bribes! It is generally impossible to complete all the tasks – you will have to prioritise.

Team Synergy encourages cooperative competition and fair play. Team can pool resources and knowledge in pursuit of their unique goals (often the best performing teams are those that do just this). No cheating, interference, or unruly behaviour will be allowed. It is assumed that everyone will play fair, play hard, and work towards the goal of winning Team Synergy.

As an optional extra our roving cameraman can capture the energy, industry and excitement and produce an upbeat video that can be used to close the event, or conference and send everyone away with the message that “Team Synergy is the only way to go” uppermost in their minds. We have some clients that play their video back at the workplace when team spirit starts to flag as a reminder of how great it is to be part of a team that is performing and enjoying it!
