With an Industrial and Organisational Psychology degree, a Certificate in Education, Training and Development, and more than 20 years of facilitation experience, Sarah knows her craft inside and out. She brings every bit of it to every Dream Team event.
She has a rare gift for effortlessly making people feel at ease. Whether she's working with a boardroom of executives or with a group being inducted in to their first job, Sarah creates an environment where everyone feels seen, valued, and ready to participate.
